Job summary

TechNova Imaging Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager - MIS & Costing to lead product costing, standard costing, and BOM costing with strong MIS capabilities.

You will drive cost analytics, prepare dashboards, and ensure accurate inventory valuation and variance analysis. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing finance with hands-on ERP/SAP, Power BI and Advanced Excel skills to support cost control, profitability analysis, and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance/costing.
• Strong hands-on experience in product/standard costing and inventory.
• Experience with ERP/SAP, Advanced Excel & Power BI; CA/ICWA Inter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product & standard costing, cost sheets, inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Handle BOM costing, cost allocation and profitability analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs and management analytics.
• Monitor RM/WIP/FG inventory, ageing, slow-moving & obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores & Supply Chain for accurate cost capture.
• Handle ERP reconciliations, month-end closing and GL reviews.
• Support statutory, internal and cost audits.
• Drive reporting automation using Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query & Pivot Tables.
