Job summary

TechNova Imaging Systems (P) Limited in Navi Mumbai seeks a Manager - Costing and MIS to lead manufacturing accounting, costing, MIS, ERP reporting and business analytics by partnering with plant and business teams to improve profitability and operational performance.

You will develop Power BI and Advanced Excel dashboards, reconcile ERP data, support month-end closings, and drive cost reduction initiatives through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com mandatory; Inter CA/CMA preferred.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing finance with strong costing, MIS and ERP exposure.
• Experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query and Pivot Tables.
• Analytical thinking, communication and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods.
• Prepare product cost sheets and inventory valuation.
• Perform standard vs actual costing and variance analysis.
• Analyse material, labour, overhead and utility costs.
• Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards and KPI reports.
• Develop Power BI and Advanced Excel reports.
• Reconcile ERP data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Monitor inventory ageing and slow-moving stock.
• Support month-end closing, GL scrutiny and reporting.
