Job summary

Precisa Consultants Private Limited in Pune district seeks an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost estimation, BOQ, tender management and contracts management.

You will prepare cost plans, review tenders, monitor costs, perform BOQ scrutiny, and drive cost-saving analyses while coordinating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and 8-10 years in quantity surveying and cost consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ, contracts, and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
