Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hyderabad seeks a Cost Manager to join the Cost Consultancy team on large projects pre and post-contract. The role requires technical capability, commercial acumen, and knowledge of cost drivers to capture and share knowledge while driving innovation in service.

Responsibilities include leading pre/post-contract services, delivering projects, optimizing resources, and using CostX and Excel at an advanced level. MRICS qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in managing operations and delivering large projects as cost manager.
• Proven track record of working in the cost management field.
• Experience in hospitality / high end residential / mixed use projects would be an advantage.
• Degree in related subject (BE / B.Tech - Civil or equivalent).
• MRICS would be advantageous.

• Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of small / medium sized projects or significant components of larger Cost Management assignments.

• Work pre contract including; reviewing detailed measurements, sections of BOQs, handle tender query responses, manage the PQQ process with support and input into value engineering at each design stage.
• Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning.
