Job summary

PBM Insulations in India is hiring a Costing Analyst to prepare detailed product costing, analyze supplier quotations and cost breakdowns, and lead supplier negotiations. You will identify cost-saving opportunities and drive VA/VE initiatives, reporting savings to management and working with Engineering, Purchase, Production, Quality and Finance.

The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, should-cost analysis, Excel analytics, and experience in cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and cost structures.
• Expertise in cost breakdown / should-cost analysis.
• Strong negotiation and procurement skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and raw materials.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience in VA/VE and cost reduction.
• Ability to challenge supplier pricing with data and develop competitive cost models.
