Job summary

Oorwin AI is seeking a seasoned Cost Engineer to lead onshore and offshore asset retirement cost engineering programs in Bengaluru. You will assess and implement cost systems and tools, drive KPI-based performance measurement, and improve data quality through digital platforms.

You will align processes with industry best practices, support continuous improvement, and help recruit for the Cost Engineering function within ENGINE, leveraging your 15+ years of experience to shape strategic cost

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (B.E./B.Tech.) from an AICTE-certified university.
• Demonstrated skills in assessment of cost engineering systems and development of shaping plans for improvements and initiatives.
• Fundamental knowledge of industry trends, lessons learned and best practices.

Requisites

• Demonstrated skills in assessment of established cost engineering systems and development of shaping plans for improvements and initiatives.
• Fundamental knowledge of industry trends, lessons learned and best practices."
• 15+ years of Cost Engineering experience (estimating, scheduling, cost control, management of change, progress measurement and assessment, forecasting)
• Experience in project execution planning and risk management for asset retirement projects
• Supervisory experience.
