Job summary

Randstad India in Bengaluru is seeking a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team. You will lead cost control initiatives, manage OPEX budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to enable cost optimization and better decision-making.

The role requires CA qualification (CA/CA Inter), 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and experience working with Indian clients within a service-based environment. Hybrid work mode with collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA Qualified or CA Inter Qualified.
• 5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter.
• Experience with Indian clients and Indian accounts.
• Experience in a service-based company.
• Strong skills in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L and Cost Optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets.
• Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights.
