ERP familiarity and knowledge of CAS are essential for effective budgeting and reporting. The position emphasizes inventory valuation, cost audits, and regulatory compliance within a German-group manufacturing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Role: Cost Accountant [CMA] / Manager Costing & AccountingLocation: BengaluruSalary/CTC: INR 18 Lacs to INR 22 Lacs.Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified Cost and Management Accountant to support the organization's cost optimization and financial decision-making process. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in manufacturing set-up / plant or factory environment. This position is with the Indian subsidiary company of a reputed German Group; having manufacturing facility/plant at Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities / Role Requirements:

• 1. Costing and Budgeting.
• 2. Inventory Valuation and Control.
• 3. Forecasting and Management Reporting.
• 4. Compliance with the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as prescribed by ICMAI.
• 5. Statutory Cost Audit & Regulatory Compliance.
• 6. Strong knowledge of cost structures, BOMs, overhead absorption, and cost audits.
• 7. Working knowledge of one ERP.
• 8. Sound understanding of Indian accounting and basic taxation principles.
• 9. Prior work experience with a German or European organization (having manufacturing facility) would be a plus point.
