The candidate will provide hands-on implementation guidance, train client teams, and connect Oracle technologies to real-world business needs. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, knowledge of Middleware/WebLogic and Java/J2EE, and hands-on AI/analytics capabilities, including Claude

Qualifications

• 5–20 years of Oracle training/functional SME experience
• Hands-on implementation and training experience required
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (Fusion Financials, HCM, OIC)
• Knowledge of Middleware/WebLogic and Java/J2EE
• Strong communication to map Oracle tech to business needs
• Experience with AI tools/analytics, Claude, AI agents

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on implementation and training experience, along with knowledge of Middleware/WebLogic and Java/J2EE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect Oracle technologies with real-world business requirements. Prior exposure to AI tools and analytics platforms, along with hands‑on experience using Claude and creating and deploying AI agents, is mandatory.
