ERM in India seeks a Corporate Strategy Director to shape the firm’s global growth. You will partner with the Executive Committee and Board to drive enterprise-wide strategy, investment decisions, and long-term value creation in a highly visible leadership role.

This role requires rigorous analysis, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders across regions and functions, with a track record in large multinational environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation.
• Experience with leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.
• Proven experience developing corporate strategies, market assessments and growth opportunities.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with capital allocation and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and executive decision-making.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in complex, global environments.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles.
  • Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Well regarded:
  • MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and technology platforms for strategic decision-making.
