ERM is looking for a Corporate Strategy Director to shape enterprise-wide growth and inform investment decisions. You will serve the Executive Committee and Board with rigorous analysis, market insights, and value-creating strategic leadership.

You will lead a global strategy function, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive data-led initiatives to improve profitability and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, or related roles.
• Experience in leading global or multinational organizations.

What You'll Bring?

• Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles.
  • Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Well regarded:
  • MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and technology platforms for strategic decision-making.
