Lead the development and evolution of ERM's global corporate strategy capability. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support Executive Committee and Board decision-making. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, competitive threats, and investment priorities. Drive data-led analysis to improve business performance, profitability, and enterprise value. Establish robust strategy frameworks, governance processes, and reporting methodologies. Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across regions, industries, services, finance, and corporate development functions. Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Bring?

Required: 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles. Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations. Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities. Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives. Demonstrated success influencing C‑suite stakeholders and supporting executive‑level decision‑making. Experience leading high‑performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments. Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Well regarded: MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent. Experience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and technology platforms for strategic decision‑making.
