ERM Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram, India, seeks a seasoned corporate strategy professional to shape enterprise strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and guide investment priorities. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that influence executive decisions.

You will develop market intelligence, perform financial analyses, and create executive-ready materials to support strategic initiatives across global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar analytical environment.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as market analysis, growth strategy, portfolio reviews, business performance analysis, or investment evaluation.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience preparing executive-level materials and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Analyse financial, commercial, and operational performance data to support business growth and investment decisions.
• Develop business cases, strategic assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support capital allocation reviews, portfolio analysis, and long-term planning initiatives.
• Perform organisational diagnostics and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Development, Commercial, Industry, Service, and Regional teams on strategic projects.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive briefings that simplify complex analyses to actionable insights.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies that may impact strategy.

What You'll Bring:

• Required o 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar analytical environment.
• o Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as market analysis, growth strategy, portfolio reviews, business performance analysis, or investment evaluation.
• o Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• o Experience preparing executive‑level materials and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• o Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, M365 tools
• o Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder management skills.
• o Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Well regarded o MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• o Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or similar.
• o Experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory environments.
• o Exposure to global organizations and matrixed operating environments.
• o Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and data platforms to support strategic decision-making and enable productivity
