Job summary

Taggd seeks a dedicated CSR fundraising leader to drive proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures while upholding governance and donor confidence. You will identify CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations, and cultivate relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees.

Overseeing donations from the CSR department, you will track fund utilization against commitments and report outcomes to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures.
• Ensure compliance, governance readiness, and donor confidence.
• Identify and engage CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations.
• Build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees.
• Oversee the management of donations raised by the CSR department and track fund utilization against commitments.
• Track ongoing CSR activities and manage outcomes, ensuring effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Formulate strategy on future fundraising requirements and ensure outreach is aligned with organizational objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback from donors and partners to drive optimum outcomes for all parties.
• Communicate Taggd’s ethics and compliance standards to partners and ensure zero deviations.
• Become a key contact point for fundraising, partnership, or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the Education Fund.
