Orez Hr Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a corporate salary banking specialist to acquire and manage corporate salary accounts. You will build relationships with HR teams and drive tie-ups, promoting banking products to employees.

The role requires proven B2B sales experience in corporate salary accounts, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets. Local residency in Bangalore is preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Must be currently working with a bank in the Corporate Salary Banking segment.
• Relevant experience in corporate salary account acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and B2B sales is mandatory.
• Experience in corporate relationship management, client acquisition, and cross-selling banking products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates must be based locally in Bangalore.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop corporate business relationships.
