Job summary

Acura Solutions is seeking a Corporate Salary Manager to acquire and manage corporate salary accounts, align with HR and finance teams, and drive employee onboarding. The role includes cross-selling banking products, achieving targets, and maintaining MIS reports.

The ideal candidate will have deep corporate relationship experience, strong communication, and leadership skills to coordinate internal teams and sustain portfolio growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred in Marketing/Finance.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate salary relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Finance, and senior management of corporate clients.
• Manage end-to-end salary account onboarding and employee activation.
• Conduct salary account camps, employee engagement activities, and product awareness sessions.
• Drive cross-selling of personal loans, credit cards, insurance, investments, and other banking products.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
• Monitor account activation, salary credits, customer retention, and portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve corporate and employee service issues.
• Prepare regular MIS and business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.
• Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
