Are you a qualified Company Secretary professional with strong expertise in corporate governance and statutory compliance, and an interest in contributing to a global organization? Ramboll’s Global Legal Operations (GLO) team is seeking a full‑time Corporate Legal Analyst to join our growing team in India.
The GLO team provides centralized legal services to Ramboll’s diverse businesses and supports legal teams across Continental Europe, APAC, India, the UK, and the US. The team handles a wide range of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance and compliance, contract review, professional indemnity insurance, claims support, and corporate/company secretarial support for designated regions. This role will primarily focus on company secretarial services, legal entity management, and supporting the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance across Ramboll group companies globally.
