Skillventory in India is seeking a treasury-focused professional to drive business unit and revenue delivery, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to bank processes.

You will leverage treasury product knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities, interpret data for decision making, and maintain focus on customer delight through effective sales management.

Qualifications

• Treasury product knowledge, including pricing.
• Adequate knowledge of markets, with the ability to interpret this data and use it for business opportunities.
• Compliance and TAT orientation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical acumen, and data interpretation skills.
• Good relationship skills and sales management skills with a focus on customer delight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business unit and revenue delivery as per the plan.
• Grow the business in each segment of the coverage, focusing on ROE for the Bank.
• Increase market and wallet share of FX business for the customers covered
• Strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Fulfill all treasury transactions in adherence to the Banks processes and policies.
