Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted revenue and volume targets for allocated customers.
• Maximize revenue for the desk while managing non-allocated customers.
• Increase Trade and FX wallet share of customers.
• Grow derivative business within the assigned customer set.
• Develop plans to drive revenue growth and explore new business opportunities.
• Provide direct coverage to customers at the operating level.
• Build and leverage relationships to enhance business opportunities.
• Manage internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, credit risk officers, and operations teams.
• Ensure error-free transaction fulfillment within defined TAT, adhering to Bank policies.
• Hedge positions arising from covered transactions.
• Capture all transactions in front office systems as per policy.
