Job summary
HDFC Life is hiring for a Senior Area Business Manager - Agency - Business Partner in the Bancassurance channel. The role involves field sales across the assigned location, meeting channel partner teams and customers, and driving high performance in life insurance product sales.
Requirement includes integrity, passion to perform, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to influence others. Travel within the location is expected to meet business targets and support pre/post sales

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.
Integrity and passion to perform are the two most important traits that will define your success in this role. In addition, good verbal & written communication and ability to influence are a must.
It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

- Age: 21 - 38 years
- Education: Graduation in any stream
- Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
