Job summary

HDFC Life seeks a Senior Area Business Manager - Agency - Business Partner to drive life insurance sales through Bancassurance partners. This field role requires traveling within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will focus on achieving top-line growth, persistency, and optimal product mix by collaborating with partners, supporting pre- and post-sales like claim settlements, and adopting technology-driven processes in line with Sales Management.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
