Job summary

Key responsibilities include monitoring events, tracking deadlines, processing client responses, ensuring correct payments, and maintaining records in internal systems, with coordinating queries to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor corporate action events and identify which client holdings are affected.
• Track announcements, deadlines, and updates related to corporate actions.
• Process voluntary corporate action instructions by collecting client responses and sending them to custodians or agents.
• Ensure payments and results are received correctly and investigate any differences or issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, and counterparties to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
