Job summary

Ziphertech in Navi Mumbai, India, seeks a senior Corporate Actions professional to lead the end-to-end governance, delivery and oversight of corporate action operations in global markets.

You will ensure accurate and timely compliant processing of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, and drive automation and process optimization to raise efficiency and accuracy across lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 yrs of exp in Corporate Actions, Capital Markets, Share Registry, Custody, or Asset Servicing.
• Exp in mandatory & voluntary Corporate Actions, lifecycle management & market practices.
