  3. Liaising with the Client Relationship and Support team to communicate relevant information effectively to and from clients.
  4. Maintaining internal stock and cash ledger control accounts and clearing them daily.
  5. Reconciling client holdings with agent holdings during corporate actions.
  6. Collaborating with the IT department to develop system enhancements for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Working with FNZ management and team members to enhance processes for greater efficiency and controls, including updating procedures.
  8. Communicating with third parties such as fund managers, custodian agents, and brokers to clarify incoming and outgoing notifications.
  9. Participating in testing team processes during project releases and regression testing as needed.
  10. Managing daily CA BAU to meet SLA/KPI requirements, MI reporting, and platform issue management.
  11. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through internal and external audits and reviews.
  12. Motivating and engaging the team to achieve company and team goals.
  13. Providing staff development plans during one-on-one meetings with the CA manager.

Key competencies include (but not limited to):

  • Proven time management and planning skills.
