Job summary

Marico Limited in Mumbai is seeking a qualified professional to support the Corporate Accounts function and statutory reporting. The role requires CA Inter/CMA/MBA with 5–6 years of experience in a listed or large corporate setup.

You will handle group consolidation, inter-company eliminations, and coordination with statutory auditors, ensuring adherence to IND AS and the Companies Act. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• CA Inter, CMA or MBA qualification.
• 5–6 years of experience in a corporate/listed company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and Companies Act 2013.
• Understanding of group accounts, consolidation and inter-company elimination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Marico Ltd - Financials for statutory reporting (quarterly/annual).
• Prepare Marico group consolidated financials for statutory reporting (quarterly/annual), including inter-company eliminations and subsidiary integration.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors by providing schedules, documentation and explanations to ensure timely audits.
• Maintain the Accounting Quality Index by enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Ensure adherence to IND AS and Companies Act accounting policies.
• Identify and implement enhancements in accounting systems and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:

• Required Education Qualification: CA Inter/CMA/ MBA
• Required prior Work Experience: 5-6 years. Prior experience in a listed company or a large corporate setup is preferred.
