Job summary

Wonder Cement is seeking a marketing professional to lead and execute BTL, OOH and event campaigns in the assigned state. You will develop detailed branding plans, monitor budgets, and ensure timely rollout of campaigns with the local team.

The role involves gathering market intelligence, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with vendors for invoices and billing accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office tools is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing BTL, OOH and ATL campaigns.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute OOH, ATL & BTL activities for the assigned state.
• Prepare detailed branding and communications plans aligned to business strategy.
• Support budget adherence and manage deviations in campaigns.
• Develop and implement the BTL plan in line with marketing objectives.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Support launch logistics, coordination, execution and deadlines.
• Collect market intelligence to improve marketing initiatives.
• Monitor highway branding assets and in-shop branding with local team.
• Coordinate with vendors on invoices and billing accuracy.

Role & responsibilities

BTL Exposure

• Execute all the OOH, ATL & BTL (Outdoor Campaigns, Sponsored Events, Local Event ) activities for the assigned state
• Prepare and execute detailed plans for branding and communications as per business strategy
• Support adherence to campaign budget and take necessary action for any deviations
• Support development and continually implement the BTL Plan in line with marketing objectives
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and continually strive to improve the same
• Support Launch (logistics, coordination, execution, meeting deadlines) and ensure timely roll-out of campaigns and events
• Collect and analyse market intelligence reports for improvement in marketing initiatives
• Fortnightly monitor highway Uni Poles, Rooftop/ Ground hoardings flex and In-shop branding rectifications in continuation with local Marketing Team
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies regarding invoices and details on invoices to errors in billing
• Must be efficient and expert in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint.
