Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled Java professional to design, develop, and validate software components across the Windows stack. The role emphasizes strong Java programming, object-oriented design, and performance-focused coding practices.

You will contribute as an individual contributor, aligning with customer priorities and project goals. The candidate should have hands-on experience with multi-threading, IPC debugging, and modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, RMI, gRPC, and Protobuf.

Qualifications

• Must have deep expertise in Core Java and OO design.
• Strong background in Java-based algorithms and performance tuning.
• Hands-on in multi-threaded programming and IPC debugging.
• Familiarity with RMI, gRPC, Protobuf, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, design, develop, modify, and deploy software components in Windows stack.
• Write effective and reusable code according to best practices.
• Perform unit tests, verification and validation of the code developed.
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to represent application design and code.

Work Experience

• Must have expertise in Core Java (Collections, Iterations, Tree traversals)
• Must have solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design concepts
• Expert level programming experience in Java.
• Experienced in writing and optimizing Java based algorithms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Hands on experience in multi-threaded programming, IPC and debugging skills.
• Knowledge in design patterns.
• Knowledge of RMI Services, gRPC, Protobuf, unit testing framework and code analysis tools.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge in Spring Boot , Java 8 features.
• Good to have Semiconductor domain experience.
• Should be ready to learn, unlearn and re-learn.
