• Build monthly content directions with strong writing and platform understanding
• Create reactive and proactive ideas around trends, culture, and audience behaviour
• Contribute to campaign ideas and one-off project brief
• Work with art teams to improve overall creative output
• Write across formats static posts, reels, creator scripts, campaign lines, films and digital activations
• Help junior writers improve their thinking and execution
• Present work confidently to internal teams and clients
• Stay updated on internet culture, platform shifts, and emerging content behaviour
