Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced Copilot Architect to design and implement enterprise Copilot/Agent solutions. You will leverage Power Platform, LLMs, RAG approaches and Python-based backends to deliver scalable AI capabilities within enterprise apps and data sources.

The role requires strong leadership to guide POCs, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure secure, governable AI deployments across Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Role requires hands-on design and implementation of enterprise Copilot/Agent solutions.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors and architecture.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompting, grounding and enterprise GenAI use cases.
• Experience in designing RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources, vector DBs and embeddings.
• Python development for AI app backend, APIs and automation.
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI integration for enterprise apps and search.
• Strong REST API, Graph API, connectors, Azure Functions and Logic Apps knowledge.
• Security, governance, DLP and Responsible AI practices for enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Copilot implementations and POCs with business stakeholders.
• Guide development teams and ensure scalable, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with architects to deliver integrated AI solutions across platforms.

Role: Copilot Architect .

JD:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio & Microsoft 365 Copilot Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise Copilot/Agent solutions.
• Power Platform – Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform architecture.
• Generative AI & LLM – Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, grounding, and enterprise GenAI use cases.
• RAG Architecture – Experience designing RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources, vector databases/search, embeddings, and grounding techniques.
• Python Development – Hands-on experience with Python for AI application development, API integration, automation, orchestration, and backend services.
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI – Experience designing and integrating Azure-based AI solutions, including Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
• API & Enterprise Integration – Strong experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise applications.
• Security & Governance – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, authentication/authorization, DLP, data security, Responsible AI, and enterprise AI governance.
• Solution Architecture & DevOps – Experience creating scalable solution architectures, technical designs, ALM, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Technical Leadership – Ability to lead POCs and end-to-end AI/Copilot implementations, work with business stakeholders, and guide development teams
