Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Architect to design and deploy AI-powered copilots using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API in a hybrid, PAN India setup. The role requires 8 to 14 years of software development experience with hands-on Copilot/Power Platform exposure.

You will integrate Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services, implement RAG, and build secure, scalable copilots across HR, Finance, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in software development, with 1+ year working on Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform tools.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with M365 Copilot extensibility, Azure Cognitive Services, and OpenAI GPT models.
• Experience with Graph API, REST APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Integrate Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Services (Optional), and Cognitive Services into custom Copilot experiences.
• Implement prompt engineering and build semantic memory for copilots using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents to build workflows, apps, and chat interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to convert business use cases into working copilots (HR, Finance, Customer Service).
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support post-deployment monitoring of Copilot apps.
• Follow secure development best practices and ensure governance policies are adhered to.

Role Summary: As a Microsoft Copilot Architect, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Youll collaborate with architects and business users to build intelligent copilots and custom generative AI experiences.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience in prompt tuning, LLM fine-tuning, or OpenAI APIs.
• Certification: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer, or Copilot Studio Specialist (if available).
• Exposure to Agile development, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot.
