Job summary

Centric Brands in Gurugram is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics coordinator to join our team. You will handle order management, process POs, coordinate with vendors and internal logistics, and support data reporting to management.

Requirements include a degree in logistics or related field, proficiency in Excel, and strong English communication. Prior data entry experience is a plus. This is an on‑site role offering growth within a global lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and manipulation.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Management
• Process and modify Purchase Orders using SAP/PLM/IBT; ensure accuracy of PO/SO/Material costing; may lead subordinates.
• Ensure timely transmission of Purchase Orders to Infor Nexus system.
• Monitor invoicing and documentation submissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal Logistics operations for shipments.
• Vendor Management
• Troubleshoot Infor Nexus issues for vendors and factories
• Maintain Vendor and Factory profiles across Infor Nexus, SAP, OSCA
• Coordinate onboarding training for new Vendors and Factories and maintain records
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Prepare reports to check data accuracy across the team
• Assist in collecting data from Business Units for Management Reports
• Assist in creating Vendor Score Cards to evaluate performance
• Collect and analyze data from vendors to track cotton chain with Purchase Orders
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager/team lead

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

• Order Management


• Utilize internal systems (SAP/PLM/IBT) to process and modify Purchase Orders efficiently and ensure the accuracy of PO/SO/Material costing may require to lead subordinates to achieve this objective.


• Ensure timely transmission of Purchase Orders to the Infor Nexus system.


• Monitor the status of invoicing and documentation submissions.


• Coordinate with vendors and internal Logistics operations team to facilitate smooth shipment arrangements, when needed.


• Vendor Management


• Troubleshoot and monitor any issues regarding Infor Nexus system for vendors and factories


• Establish and maintain Vendor and Factory profiles across various platforms (Infor Nexus, SAP, OSCA).


• Coordinate on-boarding training for New Vendor and Factory and maintain records.


• Data Analysis and Reporting


• Prepare report to cross-check all those data accuracy across the team.


• Assist in collecting data from Business Units to prepare regular Management Reports.


• Assist in creating Vendor Score Cards to evaluate vendor and factory performance.


• Collect and analyze data from vendors to track cotton chains associated with Purchase Orders.


• Other Responsibilities: All the tasks assigned by manager/ team leader.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.


• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage but not required.


• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and manipulation.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details.


• Good verbal and written English communications skills.
