Job summary

MongoDB is seeking candidates based in Gurugram for a hybrid HR Shared Services role within the APAC team. You will transition work, ensure SLAs, and support day-to-day HR data processes including employee records and org changes.

Responsibilities include data cleansing, alignment with policies, maintaining data quality, preparing reports, and safeguarding confidential employee information while delivering reliable service to internal customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in HR Operations/Shared Services (APAC/India, EMEA, NAMER).
• Basic understanding of HR systems, data, or Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and follow through on assigned work.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Good understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality.

Position Expectations

• As an Individual Contributor as part of the HR Shared Services, APAC team in India, you will play a vital role responsible for transitioning work and making sure relevant SLA's are met
• Learn and assist in executing day-to-day HR data processes, such as employee record updates, org structure changes, and data validations
• Support the cleansing and maintenance of HR data in alignment with company policies and global standards

Key Skills & Abilities
