Job summary

IFF India Private Limited, based in Chennai (Guindy), is seeking a data integrity specialist to maintain ingredient and supplier master data within Global Operations, supporting quality programs and data governance. The role is hybrid, office in Chennai with flexible work arrangements.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure data accuracy, and assist in reporting using Power BI and Excel to enable informed decision-making across global teams.

Qualifications

The role will report into the Taste Vendor Quality Organization and will be responsible for maintaining ingredient and supplier master data supporting various quality programs and processes. The position involves managing data accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the distribution, tracking, and follow-up of daily operational activities.

Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of supplier and ingredient master data supporting critical Corporate Quality programs. Contribute to strengthening vendor quality and risk management processes across global business operations. Support process standardization, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with cross-functional and global teams to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and compliance. Help drive reliable decision-making through accurate data management and reporting.
