Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Hyderabad-based role is hybrid, enabling collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain and Plant teams to optimize inventory processes and controls for our global operations.

You will ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing, support period-end close, analyze variances, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Costing, or Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
