Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) in Mahasamund seeks a Coordinator to deliver financial literacy sessions, register participants, maintain attendance, and set up training venues with essential equipment. You will coordinate with mobilizers and the Location Leader to schedule sessions and support field activities.

Responsibilities include data registration, reporting, and assisting in outreach to target groups. Travel and relocation may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate or bachelor degree in related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of grassroots project implementation or team supervision experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to project location.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in the local language; basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Experience in financial literacy or educational programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
