Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a Coordinator to oversee and implement financial literacy training in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. You will register participants, maintain attendance records, organize venues and coordinate with mobilizers for session scheduling, ensuring smooth field execution.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2 years of grassroots project experience, leadership and communication skills, and willingness to relocate to project sites in Jharkhand.

Qualifications

• Must have a graduate degree as listed; preference for related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes is desirable.
• Must be fluent in the local language with basic English; MS Office skills required.
