Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a Financial Literacy Trainer to deliver sessions at grassroots locations in Bihar. You will register participants, maintain attendance, and coordinate with mobilizers and location leaders to ensure smooth session execution.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree in a relevant field, have 1–2 years of grassroots project experience, are willing to travel/relocate, and possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in the local language

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial literacy sessions as per the approved curriculum and session plan.
• Register participants on Pulse data and collect information.
• Maintain and report attendance and documents.
• Set up training venues with necessary equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leader for session scheduling.
• Support smooth execution of field activities.
• Submit daily or weekly reports to Location Leader/project manager.
• Support in approaching the target group and organize the FL session.
• Carry training material to location for distribution.

Job Description

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
