DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Conversion Associate to help convert qualified leads into confirmed property bookings. You will interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable properties, coordinate site visits, and ensure a seamless booking experience while achieving monthly conversion targets.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed property bookings.

• Update CRM records accurately after every customer interaction.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
