Sales & Marketing Intern Full-Time Conversion Opportunity

Role Type: 3-Month Paid Internship with Full-Time Conversion Opportunity

Function: Field Sales + Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and execution-oriented person who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and creating marketing content.

This is a hands-on role combining field sales and marketing. You will spend time visiting apartment communities and corporate offices, identifying the right decision-makers, creating opportunities for us to reach their communities/employees, and helping close partnerships.

You will also help create marketing content for both online and offline campaigns.

This is not a desk-only marketing role. You should be comfortable going into the field, approaching new people and starting conversations.

What You Will Do

Field Sales & Partnerships

• Visit apartment communities, residential societies and corporate offices across Bangalore.
• Meet apartment association representatives, presidents, committee members, facility managers, HR/Admin teams and other decision-makers.
• Identify and obtain the contact details of the right decision-maker.
• Build relationships and create a channel for us to communicate with apartment residents or corporate employees.
• Get permission/opportunities to run promotions, events, campaigns or other marketing activities within these communities.
• Follow up with prospects and move opportunities forward.
• Present our offering clearly and confidently.
• Where appropriate, negotiate and close partnerships/deals.
• Maintain a simple pipeline of visits, contacts, follow-ups, opportunities and conversions.
• Learn from what works in the field and suggest better ways to acquire customers.

Marketing & Content

• Create simple, engaging marketing content for Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Create content and messaging for posters, flyers, standees, apartment campaigns and offline events.
• Take photos/videos and create short-form content from field activities.
• Come up with creative campaign ideas to generate awareness and leads.
• Work with the team to test different messages, offers and marketing approaches.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need years of experience. We care more about your communication, confidence, attitude and ability to get things done.

You should:

• Be comfortable speaking in English, Hindi, and any other launguages and communicating with new people.
• Be confident approaching people you have never met before.
• Have good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Be willing to travel locally and spend significant time in the field.
• Be persistent with follow-ups and comfortable hearing "no."
• Have an interest in sales, marketing and business development.
• Be comfortable creating basic marketing content.
• Be proactive and able to work independently.

For marketing, we will look at the quality and consistency of content and campaigns you create and how they contribute to awareness and customer acquisition.
