Job summary

Stayin Bangalore is offering a 4-month in-office internship in Bengaluru. You will call and follow up with leads for PGs, flats, or rental properties, understand customer needs, and suggest suitable listings.

You will schedule visits and coordinate with brokers, owners, and the Stayin team, while maintaining CRM records. You will meet daily targets for calls, qualified leads, visits, and bookings, with a stipend of INR 15,000–25,000 per month and perks like a certificate and recommendation

About the internship:

• Call and follow up with leads who are looking for PGs, flats, or rental properties in Bangalore.
• Understand each customer's requirements such as location, budget, move-in date, property type, and preferences.
• Suggest suitable properties from Stayin's available listings and help customers shortlist the best options.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate between customers, brokers, property owners, and the Stayin team.
• Regularly follow up with interested leads after calls and visits to improve conversions and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate lead updates, call notes, visit status, and follow-up details in Stayin's CRM/admin system.
• Reconnect with older leads, identify genuine prospects, and ensure no high-intent customer is missed.
• Work closely with the brokerage team to understand property availability and recommend alternative options when a customer's first choice is unavailable.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, scheduled visits, follow-ups, and successful bookings.
• Share customer feedback and common requirements with the team to help improve listings, sales processes, and lead conversion.
