Job summary

Quantiphi Analytics Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Engagement Manager Conversational AI to lead strategic client engagements and drive delivery of Conversational AI and GenAI solutions.

You will manage end-to-end engagements, collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams, and guide workshops, solution design, and executive reviews to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in client-facing engagement/delivery roles.
• Proven experience in Conversational AI / chatbots / virtual assistants.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end Conversational AI engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead teams delivering chatbots, voice bots, GenAI solutions.

Engagement Manager Conversational AI

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager Conversational AI to lead strategic client engagements and drive the delivery of innovative Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Conversational AI, GenAI, LLMs, and enterprise customer experience solutions, combined with excellent client management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end Conversational AI engagements, from discovery and solutioning through delivery and implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead teams delivering chatbots, virtual assistants, voice bots, GenAI and LLM-powered conversational solutions.
• Understand client business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Drive project planning, delivery, governance, risk management, and overall engagement success.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead client workshops, requirement discussions, solution presentations, and executive-level reviews.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and new AI initiatives within existing client engagements.
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Conversational AI.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in client-facing engagement/delivery roles.
• Proven experience in Conversational AI / Chatbots / Virtual Assistants / Contact Center AI.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow / Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience managing enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Experience in consulting, solutioning, pre-sales, or business development is an added advantage.
