Alstom Bangalore seeks a full-time Controlling SAP Specialist to lead SAP-ERP solutions, focusing on Controlling, cost center accounting, overhead orders, and project systems. You will collaborate with regional teams to map data, define scope, and improve implementation methodologies.

You will work on core ERP development and localization, ensuring seamless integration with SD/MM modules, and contribute to continuous improvement across the ERP landscape. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field required.
• 8+ years of SAP-ERP experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC6 Controlling and PS.
• SD and MM integration experience.
• Proficiency with IDOC, LSMW, ABAP debugging; familiarity with Fiori, HANA, PI.
• Excellent English communication and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess project scope including structure, scope, and landscape.
• Support data mapping and migration with key users.
• Design, build, and test Core + Localization + Authorization + Batch solutions.
• Deploy ERP landscapes and train key users.
• Correct defects in UAT and post-go-live support.

Could you be the full-time Controlling SAP Specialist in Bangalore were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive SAP-ERP solutions expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, supportive, and collaborative teammates.

You'll contribute to the development of Alstom's ERP core model, including IT satellite non-ERP solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (key users, regional process experts, business process owners), assess and define scope, support data mapping and migration, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of cost center accounting, overhead orders and projects, activity-based costing, product cost accounting, and project system management, but also engage in continuous improvement of our implementation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and defining project scope including organizational structure, functional scope, and applicative landscape
• Supporting key users in data mapping and migration
• Designing, building, and testing solutions (Core + Localization + Authorization + Batch)
• Deploying application landscapes
• Training key users and facilitating knowledge transfer
• Correcting UAT and post-go-live solution defects

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or related field
• More than 8 years of experience in SAP-ERP solutions
• Deep functional knowledge in SAP ECC6 Controlling and PS modules
• Integration knowledge of SD and MM modules
• Technical proficiency (IDOC, LSMW, ABAP debugging, queries, and other technologies such as Fiori, Hana database, PI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
