Job summary

FinOps Weekly in Bengaluru is seeking a VP – Technology Finance to lead the finance business partnership for the Software Engineering portfolio. You will own budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning across costs and headcount, while delivering forward-looking analysis to guide executive decisions.

This role reports to the CIO and Tech CFO and emphasizes governance, efficiency, and data-driven insights.

The T&O Finance team has 175+ people across multiple locations and supports the wider Technology and Operations function.You will serve as the lead Finance Business Partner to the CIO, Software Engineering, and senior leadership, working closely with the Tech Domain Lead of Software Engineering and the Tech CFO. The role exists to provide accurate, timely insight that supports executive decisions, strengthens financial governance, and helps shape the technology agenda.The focus is on managing the financial performance of the Software Engineering portfolio across costs and headcount, while improving forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision support.
