Job summary

Careercrafterz in Bengaluru is seeking a Controllership Accounts & Finance professional to manage MIS, close financial statements, and lead the finance team. You will drive revenue recognition, budgeting, and treasury activities while coordinating with auditors.

The ideal candidate has CA Inter or MBA with 3–4 years of experience and a track record in financial reporting and process improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely MIS and quarterly/annual financial results with variance analysis.
• Sales reconciliation and revenue recognition including cutoff.
• Lead finance team for closure and liaise with auditors for smooth closing.
• Lead budgeting and AOP processes with monthly actuals vs budget reviews.
• Support treasury activities and identify process efficiency opportunities.
• Exposure to SAP HANA and related financial systems.

What will you get to do here?

• Ensure timely completion and submission of MIS and quarterly/annual Financial results/statements while conducting trend analysis and investigating significant variances
• Sales Reconciliation and Revenue recognition including revenue cutoff
• Lead the finance team for financial statement closure, preparation of deliverables for reporting and meetings and liasoning with various internal and external auditors in ensuring smooth closure
• Leading the budgeting and AOP building process along with monthly reviews of actuals vs budget
• Supporting on treasury activities
• Proactively identify opportunities for building efficiency in the business processes, accounting and reporting functions
• Exposure to SAP HANA

Preferred candidate profile What qualities are we looking for?

• CA Inter/MBA with minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in handling financial reporting and external stakeholders such as auditors
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects and tracking their success.
