SKODA in Pune seeks a Project Controller A0 segment to drive product controlling within HQ processes. The role focuses on steering feasibility within approved resources, reporting spends, and implementing cost-efficiency measures to meet strategic goals.

You will ensure regional financial targets are met, oversee lifecycle costs, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize profitability for A0 projects at the Pune plant.

• 5+ years of experience in product or financial controlling.
• Experience with product feasibility and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their link to finance.
• Excellent reporting and analytical capabilities.

• Lead region India new product projects for A0 segment with Pune plant milestones.
• Prepare business cases for profitability, ROI and payback for projects.

Purposeof the Position:

Thisposition plays an important role in executing functions of product controllingin the company as per HQ processes.

Themain responsibility is to steer areas of product feasibility within theapproved financial resources, report spends and implement cost efficiencymeasures to achieve strategic objective of organization.

Steering:Responsible to ensure region India financial targets are met / implements andreports on progress of cost efficiency measures.

Cost,quality and deadlines: Steers project milestone deliverables as per deadlines,required quality of financial data and supports in ensuring long termsustainability of project via implementations of cost efficiency measures.

RepresentsSAVWIPL projects and interacts with representatives from HQ at seniormanagement level.

KeyResponsibilities Tasks:

• RegionIndia New Product Projects: A0 Segment Pune Plant location MilestonesCovered: PM to SOP+3 Months
• Preparebusiness cases (Region India level) for Region India Board approval(Profitability, ROI, Payback period) of all new A0 segment projects (Car,Engine business). Prepares deviation analysis and proposes the counter measuresto mitigate the risk to project.
• Preparesbusiness cases (Region India level) for Region India Board approval(Profitability, ROI, PP) of projects under lifecycle management.
• Leadscross functional teams in the context of business case calculation (Planning,Quality, Logistics, Product Management, technical office)
• Estimatesmaterial cost and factory cost (India level coordination), estimations of newcar engine projects. Prepares deviation analysis and proposes the countermeasures to mitigate the risk to project.
• Monitorsreports material cost, investments, launch costs and revenue changes atRegion India level due to lifecycle changes.
• Controlsproject execution as per feasibility premises (Profitability, ROI, PP) byworking closely with product management, India board to identify optimizationideas to reach project KPI.
• Evaluates,monitors and reports progress on actions agreed in KostenKlausur workshop toIndia board.
• EvaluatesRegion India level Make or Buy analysis
• Monitorthe evaluation of localization topics, close cooperation with departments toensure profitability.
