Job summary

Freshersworld in India seeks a senior finance professional to lead financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, product costing, and profitability improvement for CSBU and CDMO/CMO opportunities, with a mandate to drive process automation and inventory management. Collaborative leadership with plant heads and HR is essential.

Qualifications

• ICWA, CS, CA (Inter) or equivalent professional qualifications.
• PGDM / MBA in Business Management is required.
• CSCP certification from APICS USA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Plant heads, R&D head, Quality head and finance controllers to achieve monthly production and cost saving targets.
• Partnering with CSBU Marketing head to improve profitability, product mix and implications.
• Steer cost saving initiatives across all plants by ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of production processes.
• Review and assist business team with new product costing/UID and financial evaluation of CDMO/CMO opportunities.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels with supply chain, production and Plant Finance Controller; monitor non-moving/inactive inventories.
• Ensure annual budgets are discussed with stakeholders and finalized timely to support top and bottom-line performance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reporting after detailed discussion and analysis.
• Ensure factory compliances with coordination of Plant HR and Plant Head.
• Drive automation to simplify and standardise existing processes.
• Develop the team through motivation, role movement and upskilling.
• Fulfill any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management.

Major Purpose of the Job

Heading Finance for All Manufacturing sites, CSBU Business, R&D, CDMO & CRO etc. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Partnering with all Plant head, R & D head, Quality head and finance controllers them achieve their monthly production and cost saving targets. 2. Partnering with C SBU Marketing head to improve monthly profitability, product mix and its implications. 3. To steer the cost saving initiative across all the plants by ensuring efficient and cost- effective management of production process across all location. 4. To review and help business team for new product costing /UID, financial evaluation of CDMO/CMO opportunities. 5.
