• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections.
• Analyze revenue, labor, departmental expenses, and profitability trends.
• Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
• Review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Validate balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.

Hospitality Industry Support

• Analyze hotel operational metrics including:
• Occupancy %
• ADR (Average Daily Rate)

• GOP

• Departmental Profitability
• Partner with General Managers and Operations Teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis.
• Support franchise reporting and lender reporting requirements.
• Review property-level financials and investment performance.
• Monitor NOI, Cap Rate, Occupancy Trends, and Cash Flow.
• Analyze lease-related income and property operating expenses.
• Support investor and ownership reporting.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as primary finance contact for assigned clients.
• Present monthly financial results and business insights during review meetings.
• Respond to client queries and provide strategic recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Review work performed by Senior Accountants and Accounting Managers.
• Train and mentor accounting professionals.
• Establish best practices and process improvements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for automation and reporting enhancements.
• Improve reporting packages and dashboard capabilities.
• Partner with technology teams to streamline workflows.
