Job summary

Capgemini in India seeks an experienced Control-M Administrator to join our global team. You will install, configure, and maintain Control-M components, monitor infrastructure, and ensure SLA performance across enterprise workloads.

You will execute upgrades, migrations, patching, and security administration with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery. Ideal candidates bring 6–9 years of hands-on experience, expertise in Control-M/Helix, and strong scripting skills in PowerShell,

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience as Control-M Administrator.
• Expertise in Control-M/Helix, scheduling, upgrades, and migrations from AutoSys.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Linux Shell, Batch, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Control-M components.
• Monitor Control-M infrastructure to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform Control-M upgrades, migrations, patching, and hotfix deployments.
• Manage Control-M security, user permissions, and access controls.
• Implement backup and recovery procedures for the scheduling environment.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning of Control-M infrastructure.

Your Role

• 6 to 9years of Experience in Control-M Administrator
• Expertise in Control-M/Helix implementation, scheduling, administration, upgrades, and migration from legacy schedulers such as AutoSys.
• Skilled in PowerShell, Linux Shell, Batch, and Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-scale workload automation environments, troubleshooting complex scheduling issues, performing root cause analysis, optimizing workflows, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Strong background in Control-M infrastructure management including Enterprise Manager, Server, Agent administration, upgrades, patching, and high-availability support.
