The Contracts Manager is responsible for strategically leading the Contracts team, delivering services from the Bengaluru office, including but not limited to delivering value, governance, and operational excellence across the organisation’s portfolio (and cover for outsourced services oversight). This role ensures the effective development and execution of contracting activities, frameworks, and systems to maximize commercial value, mitigate risk, and enable safe, sustainable, timely business outcomes. The position requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement,and governance oversight, as well as the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in Contracts practices.
