Whar role you will play in team
Plan, organize, and manage business contracts and negotiations for the strategic acquisition of IT software (On-Prem, SaaS, Subscriptions), IT hardware, and telecom. The Contract Leads (CL) will be responsible for driving supplier contract management, conducting supplier negotiations, and developing and implementing comprehensive supplier management strategies based on the global business environment in IT procurement.

What you will do
- Responsible for establishing Strategic vision for the commodity, evaluating and sourcing suppliers and managing ongoing supplier relationship to drive projects to achieve the objectives of global requirement.
- Plan, organize and control business, contracts negotiations for acquisition of IT Contracts (On-Prem, SaaS, Subscriptions, IT Hardware and Telecom).
- Own commercial actions (bids, renewals, amendments, etc.) by focusing on as Rate Kaizen, total system cost.
- Work with IT Project Manager/Business Line in identifying the software required to meet the Business Needs.
- Negotiate medium to high complexity Contracts, drafting/review Statement of Work, Global Agreements and other vendor contracts with internal customer and vendor legal, when needed as well as manage end to end Contract Lifecycle.
- Brings industry expertise in supporting category strategies that drive savings and business transformation. Analyzes the supply market to understand industry trends, market competitiveness, goods, services, alternatives, etc.
- Market intelligence, analyze the spend and patterns to identify opportunity for consolidation, supplier base rationalization, demand management, alternative analysis etc.
- Development of analytics to develop insights in vendor bids and current demand opportunities is an expectation of the role. Expected to lead standard value projects to achieve enterprise goals and objectives.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate within Projects organization, functions (i.e. legal, controllers, etc) and Procurement category families to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Ensure all documents and exhibits are complete and included in the final contract, all functional reviews and management approvals are completed/obtained as required.
- Handle complete Procure to Pay (P2P) activities and operations and responsible for contract life-cycle management for assigned projects while leveraging relevant partners across the organization.
About you
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Understanding of the negotiations for acquisition of IT software (On-Prem, SaaS, Subscriptions) or IT Hardware and Telecom
- B.TECH or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Software/Information Technology / other stream, Bachelor of computer application (BCA),Master of of computer application (MCA) or Equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in IT contacting
- Experience with drafting and negotiating procurement contracts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

- Fast learner, results/customer oriented.
- Experience of working with international suppliers or vendors.
